Cancellation and Refund Policy
Changing Your Registration
If you need to change or cancel your registration or transfer the registration to someone else in your organization, please email us at least 5 business days before the course starts. Email support@ConfluenceTraining.com.
Course Cancellations and Changes
We do our best to run every course as planned, but sometimes things happen.
In rare cases, like severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control, we may need to reschedule training dates. We'll always prioritize your safety. If we need to cancel or change a course, our responsibility is limited to refunding your enrollment fee.
To maximize learning, our courses have a minimum and maximum number of participants. If we don't have the minimum number, we will contact you 5 business days before the course starts. You can choose to transfer your registration to another date or receive a full refund.
Attendance
To receive a Certificate of Attendance, you must be present for the entire class.
We can't offer refunds if you miss any part of a course. Each session builds on what comes before, so it is important to attend every session. If you miss part or all of the first day of a multi-day course - or more than 4 hours on any subsequent day - you will need to retake the entire course. We will work with you to transfer your registration to a future course. The first transfer will be at no additional cost. A $50 fee will be charged for each additional transfer.
If you have an emergency that prevents you from finishing the course, please email us at support@ConfluenceTraining.com so we can discuss your options.
Your Responsibilities
Please make sure you're receiving our course emails. You are responsible for verifying the start time of the class in your time zone. Ensure you are able to logon to Butter and collaborate using Google Docs, Google Drive, and Miro. Read more about the tech we use on Tech Setup and What to Expect.
Payment
To guarantee your spot, we need full payment 10 days before the course begins. If you need payment assistance, email us at support@ConfluenceTraining.com and we'll do our best to help.
Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any typos or errors in our materials, including the published dates of our courses.
